Unloading my first ever load of 48 double stacked pallets of KMART at my recently purchased commercial property at 15395 Sunland Gin Road, Arizona City, Az just before our first public Liquidation sale in Oct of 1996.

To our surprise after the news paper did a story on us, about 300 people showed at our front gate an hour before the sale started, so many cars in fact that the Sheriff Dept had to direct traffic in front of our intersection.

My business took off right a rocket and now almost 2 decades later I`m older, grayer and still Going!
